My name is Elaina Partusch. I have been a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician in the Beauty industry for 18 years. I have been exclusively working on commercial photo shoots, videos/commercials for the past 15 years, specifically in Hair and makeup.

I have worked for years on different photo shoots from lifestyle, E-com, on location shoots, magazine covers as well as video/commercials. I have extensive knowledge and understanding of how to work with a photographer or camera crew on set and accomplish the desired concept effectively and efficiently. This same knowledge is applied when working with the Director to ensure that his or her ideas are implemented and achieved.

In addition to the above, I have a broad range of experience working with babies and children on photo shoots, specifically prepping their hairstyles and age-appropriate makeup, assuring their comfort and enjoyment durning the process. It requires being creative, resourceful, patient and understanding and having a constant awareness to meet timelines instructed by the Director.

 I pride myself on being highly

motivated, enthusiastic and very good at taking direction while working with the entire professional team. The greatest joy is to be focused and creative from start to finish on set and see the end product. This is what I truly love doing.
